What is your return and exchange policy?

At Elite Kids, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all tags attached in the original packaging. Sale or clearance items are non-returnable. Requests can be sent via email at kidzaniaeliteclub@gmail.com.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your delivery. For any assistance, contact our customer care team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and popular local payment gateways. All payments are securely processed, and you will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within Pakistan. Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs, or courier delays. We will notify you immediately if any delay occurs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Elite Kids ships only within Pakistan. We are planning to expand internationally soon. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter.

Are your products safe for kids?

Yes, all our products are made from high-quality fabrics, free from harmful chemicals, and safe for children of all ages. We ensure comfort, durability, and compliance with safety standards.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, the order may already be in processing, and changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately for assistance.
