Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, and we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 applies to all orders, regardless of the order size or number of items purchased. This fee covers the cost of packaging and delivery through our trusted courier partners. Any additional charges, such as customs duties, taxes, or levies, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location. While most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, certain areas may experience longer delivery times due to factors beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, or courier service delays. In such cases, we will communicate updates via email or phone.

Shipping Method

EliteKids.com.pk uses reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all orders. We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier based on destination, order size, and delivery requirements.

Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including name, phone number, and delivery address. EliteKids.com.pk is not responsible for delays, miss deliveries, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Orders

In the rare case that an order cannot be delivered due to extreme circumstances, including courier errors or natural events, the customer will be notified immediately. Payments for undeliverable orders will be refunded through bank transfer, JazzCash, or store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) will be sent to you. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

International Shipping

Currently, EliteKids.com.pk only ships within Pakistan. Any future international shipping options will be communicated on our website along with applicable terms and charges.
