However, if the item you received is unsatisfactory, we accept returns within seven working days from the date of delivery. Unsatisfactory Items
An item is considered unsatisfactory if it is in the wrong color or size, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received a wrong product that you did not order.
Important Notes
Returned items must not be worn, damaged, or altered in any way and must include all original tags and packaging. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Requests such as the product not looking good on you will not be accepted. Material and quality concerns are not considered defects, as they can be subjective depending on the item’s price and fabric type. Removable dirt or minor imperfections are also not classified as defects.
How to Return an Item
To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer care team through Facebook message, WhatsApp, or email at kidzaniaeliteclub@gmail.com within seven working days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, contact number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, our team will get back to you within three working days with further instructions.
Refund Method
All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit equal to the value of the returned item. This store credit has no expiry date and can be used for any future purchase at EliteKids.com.pk.
Stock Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available in stock. However, if a product you ordered happens to be out of stock, you will receive a full refund for that item.
